Scraper Shape 75/91/113/133/153/171mm PDC Drag Drill Bit for Soft Formation
PDC drill bits break rock in the form of scraping rock. They are used more and more widely in drilling, geology and even construction projects, and their use in drilling projects is increasing in proportion. Under ideal working conditions where the center line of the drill bit coincides with the center line of the wellbore, the motion trajectory of each cutting tooth during drilling is a relatively fixed concentric annular zone. Due to its rock-breaking mechanism and structural differences, PDC drill bits are suitable for higher penetration rates and soft to medium-hard formations.
The entire bit body of the steel body PDC drill bit is made of medium carbon steel and processed using mechanical manufacturing processes. Drill holes on the working surface of the drill bit and fasten the PDC cutting teeth to the crown of the drill bit with a press fit. The crown of the drill bit is treated with a surface hardening process (spraying tungsten carbide wear-resistant layer, carburizing, etc.) to enhance its erosion resistance.
